Usually waiting periods are about 1-3 weeks. You will receive a WIP before I start with each new stage, but feel free to ask about more along the way. You may pick how you receive the final image. (Options include Email, Toyhouse or Dropbox!)

I require 100% of the payment upfront, unless we have an arrangement that states otherwise. All payments will be made via paypal.

You can request changes while I am working on the sketch. After the sketch is approved, any further big changes will cost extra.

I have the right to refuse a commission request for any reason, whether it be due to personal reasons or legal reasons. I do not have to explain why.

I reserve the right to cancel or refund a commission at any time, with prior notification to the commissioner, due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behaviour, or any kind of abuse.

If you intend to use a design/my art for commercial purposes, you will have to tell me that in advance and pay a premium fee.

I reserve full rights to the image, its distribution and use, unless stated otherwise.

I reserve the right to display any commissioned images on any of my websites or portfolio.

You must not claim my work as yours.

You may only use artwork that was was created specifically for you, and is for your use only.

You may upload the commissions I have created for you to an online gallery or use them for your personal profile if I am credited or a link to my social media account is provided.

I will not refund any adoptables.

If your commission is not finished after 4 weeks of starting it, you have the option of either a full refund or, if you want me to finish it, a partial refund.

If you cancel the commission after I have already finished the sketch, I will only refund half the payment. No refunds are issued for completed pieces, I will only discuss small changes. Unsolicited refunds or chargebacks will result in being blacklisted. Please make sure you are committed when ordering!
